Business Associate Agreement

Provyn requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all clinic clients. A signed BAA is provided as part of the onboarding process and establishes the responsibilities of both parties regarding the protection of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Provyn provides secure communication infrastructure designed to support HIPAA compliant messaging.

Clinics remain responsible for their own internal compliance policies and procedures related to patient information.

Third Party Services

Provyn may integrate with external phone systems, scheduling platforms, or messaging providers selected by a clinic. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Retention

Communication data will be stored to support message delivery and system functionality. Clinics remain responsible for maintaining their own patient records and clinical documentation.
